What sized are available in wall art?
Sizes available vary, but usually 8 x 10, 11 x 14, 12 x 16, 16 x 20, 18 x 24, 20 x 30, 16 x 20, 18 x 24, 20 x 30 are available. Sometimes 24 x 36 and 30 x 40 are also available. The specific sizes can be chosen when ordering your artwork.
What materials are used in wall art?
Wall Art on Canvas – The Canvas is polyester and cotton blend, printed on textured, acid-free, PH neutral and fade-resistent canvas (OBA -free). Thickness – 1.25″ (3.18 cm); Weight 10.15 +/- 0.74 oz./yard.²; Mounting brackets included; Hand-glued solid wood stretcher bars; Blank product Sourced from US, Canada, Europe, UK or Australia. Is framing included?
No, this must be purchased separately or it can be put on walls without a frame, especially the canvas, as this is very chic.
Can I customize the colors or text?
Unfortunately not at this time, this may be considered in the future.
How is the art shipped?
A variety of logistics companies, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, are used to ship wall art to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
Is the art ready to hang?
Yes, the canvas art is ready to be hung. Each canvas is hand-stretched over a sturdy pine frame
What is the return policy for Wall Art?
General Policy for Wall Art Per Printing Collaborator-Printful:
No Returns/Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges for size/color issues, as products are made to order.
Reshipping for Carrier Errors:
If a customer’s order is returned due to a carrier error or an invalid address, Printful will offer to reship the order.
Customer Responsibility:
If the return address is not Printful’s, the customer is responsible for any returned shipments.
Printful:
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you or your customers notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report.
The return address is set by default to the Printing facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days. If the printing facility isn’t used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you..
If you haven’t registered an account on printful.com and added a billing method, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).
How long does it take to ship?
For Art on Canvas Estimated delivery is 4-7 business days within the United States after production (print and preparing) and it is always free shipping.
For Art on Poster 3-6 business days within the United States after production (print and preparing) and it is always free shipping.

Is the tea easy to read?

Do you offer customizable greetings cards ?
Unfortunately not at this time.
Are the cards blank inside or pre-printed ?
Both, the same cards that are pre-printed with print that looks like handwriting also has a version that is blank.
What is the yardstick quality ?
5 X 7 (7″L x 5″W) Heavyweight (110 lb= 300gsm) Cardstock.
Do you sell envelopes with the cards?
Envelopes are included.
Are the cards suitable for specific occasions?
StephB4ever Design sells Blank cards, Thank you, Thinking of you, Get well soon, Anniversary and Sympathy cards. Blank cards are versatile and can be used however you like.

General policy for Cards
Returns: No returns for cards.
Exceptions:
Custom Orders: Custom orders are not returnable as they are custom made.
Sale Items: Sale items are not eligible for returns.

Unused: The cards must be in the same condition as when received, meaning it hasn’t been used.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt is required.
Return Shipping:
Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs is the responsibility of the customer.

How long does shipping take?
Typically 2-10 business days. That includes 1-4 business days for production (to print and prepare cards), plus shipping time of 1-6 business days.
Are there discounts for greeting cards?
Yes, if you bundle 3 cards or more there is a 14% discount any time of the year.

Are these Mental health Affirmation cards appropriate for sensitive topics?
These cards are thoughtful and supportive. The description shows the exact wording so that you can decide for yourself if it is appropriate to your sensitivities.
Can I customize the Mental Health Affirmation message to be more personal?
Unfortunately, not at this time, but maybe in the future.
Are these Mental Health Affirmation cards suitable for professional use (e.g., therapists, counselors?
Absolutely. A Behavioral Health RN designed and approved of the messaging and the messaging is displayed in the description so that you can decide for yourself if it is suitable.

This reproduction is a brand new, modernized art piece.
Can you provide more information about the artist or era?
In each description is information about the artwork, the name of the artist, the year it was originally made and perhaps the meaning behind it.
Do you offer digital downloads of vintage art?
That is soon to come if there is enough interest.

It depends on the atmosphere you’re looking to create in your office, but, Absolutely it can! This artwork is designed with a professional aesthetic in mind, making it a great addition to an office space. The colors and composition create a sophisticated and inspiring atmosphere.

Do you ship internationally?

Can I see a preview of the product in my space?
Unfortunately augmented reality (AR) tools to visualize the art in your home is beyond our capabilities. However, on each description there is a mock up of the product so that you can visualize it in your home. Also, look for a size guide of different sizes of wall art according to an average sofa.
